How does this work?

Mobile phones are replacing landlines, but you don't want to lose your phone number that everyone has associated with you over the years. Under the Federal Communications Commission's "local number portability" rules, you can switch telephone service providers for wireline, wireless or VOIP and keep your existing phone number. Just sign up and one of our Account Managers will personally help you "switch" your number to Afterwards, you can disconnect your old phone service and start to receive your new messages. The whole process can be broken down to four steps:

Signing up takes just minutes! Tell us who you are, and your landline number you wish to use. We validate your payment method, but we don't charge you yet.

To validate the number is yours, upload a copy of your phone bill, and we'll take care of the rest!

Behind the scenes your number will be transferred. It may take up to 10 days, but your number will still work during this time. The transfer is automatic!

Once the transfer is complete you will receive an email confirmation and your service begins. At this point your account is charged, and you can cancel your old phone service.
